Conditions of Booking - Please read Carefully

 We value your support but regretfully we have experienced great difficulty in getting paid for our work in the past. It has been our experience that companies often assume credit privileges without justification and they further often abuse such credit privileges. While this may not be applicable to your company – and if it is not, we thank you for your adherence to good business practices – the actions of others have had a negative impact on the running of our company and the cost of the courses we provide. Accordingly, we must ask that you read the following and adhere to the conditions contained herein.

1.    All bookings are provisional until paid for in full, however;

2.    If an original Tax Invoice is required prior to payment, such request will be considered as an irrevocable booking, regardless of the delegate(s) attendance or not.

3.    All invoices must be paid within 7 days of presentation, alternatively; all payments must be made 10 calendar days prior to the course date, whichever date first arises.

4.    Late payment will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking.

5.    Payment may be made by Bank Transfer or by cheque, delivered to Freight Training’s Offices:

6.    No cancellations will be refunded, however substitutes are permitted. There is a transfer fee of R342,00 if the delegate needs to transfer to a later date after the cut off period.

7.    Note: Certificates are NOT issued to delegates attending this course. (Confirmation of course attendence letters are issued on request)

8.    PLEASE NOTE – Your official company order is NOT acceptable in lieu of payment.
